Fatal Frame Not Coming to US

Tecmo confirms that Nintendo has declined to publish Grasshopper-developed horror game outside Japan.

The success of Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition and House of the Dead: Overkill have shown that there’s a place for horror games on Nintendo’s latest system. Unfortunately, Nintendo is apparently unconvinced of that, given that Tecmo has confirmed to GameSpot that Nintendo has declined to publish the Wii installment of its survival horror franchise Fatal Frame in North America and Europe.

Americans pick up 10 Millionth Wii Play Bundle

Namco Wii Dance Mat Game coming to Europe

Atari is going to bring the Namco Bandai-developed Family Trainer to Europe this September.

This is the Wii-exclusive title that comes with its own dance mat for “total body gameplay”, according to this press release. It’s called Active Life: Athletic World in the US.

Family Trainer has you doing all sorts of things like rafting on the river, racing mine carts, jumping over logs or just skipping ropes. You can do it on your own because you’d rather no one watch, or with and against friends because you are drunk and have given up caring. All on one mat.
