Earlier, I had posted about Shia Labeouf bashing the Wii, now, there’s another Transformers star who has mentioned the Nintendo Wii in an interview. If the picture or post title didn’t give away who it is, let’s say the person sounds much more adept and intelligent towards gaming, and is someone who’s picture I enjoyed putting on the site. Of course, I enjoy the picture more for the car as I’m a huge Camaro fan. In fact, the new Camaro in the movie is downright sweet!
Anyway, the star is Megan Fox. Megan was interviewed by WhatTheyPlay, and after reading the interview I hold a new found respect for the actress.
We traverse Middle-earth once more and find out just what makes Aragorn’s Quest a fun new way to experience a legendary adventure.
While the Lord of the Rings movies have come and gone from theaters and have already spawned a number of video games, it seems there’s always room for one more. We headed over to the Warner Bros. booth on the E3 show floor to take a look at Aragorn’s Quest, a new spin on the epic adventure that is targeted at younger gamers.
Who’s Making This Game:
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has acquired the rights to make games based on New Line Cinema’s Lord of the Rings movies. That means the game features the likenesses of Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn, Sir Ian McKellen as Gandalf, John Rhys-Davies as Gimli, and so on (though most of these likenesses only appear as cartoon thumbnails).
Many people believe that the current generation of consoles provides the most evenly matched competition from the products released by the big entertainment companies in the history of video games. The disparity in terms of processing power and depth of game libraries isn’t that big when it comes to the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. And though the Nintendo Wii is gravely trailing in the graphics and processing power departments, it more than makes up for its shortcomings by giving gamers a unique experience they will never find anywhere else.
And gamers have made a decision. As of this writing, almost 3 years worth of sales data reveal that the Nintendo Wii is outselling the Xbox 360 and the PS3 combined.
Slather some pine tar on your Wii remote, it’s baseball season.

Of all the things we can do with video games, few are more rewarding than making good on failed childhood dreams. For many of us, that dream was making it to the Little League World Series, but whether you couldn’t hit a fastball to save your life or got too distracted by the dandelions in left field, you likely didn’t make it to that most prestigious of youth baseball tournaments. Thankfully, there’s Little League World Series Baseball 2009 for the Wii, a family-oriented game that combines simple motion controls and a whimsically over-the-top approach to the sport.
